Our founders, two Georgetown University graduates with degrees in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development, saw how Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and backyard structures transformed homes and neighborhoods across the West Coast. With land at a premium and space often limited in the DMV area as well, they set out to help homeowners unlock these opportunities.
